🎄 Experience Christmas on the Farm at Watkins Woolen Mill! ✨
Step into a scene from Christmas past and celebrate the holidays at Watkins Woolen Mill State Park & State Historic Site. The historic Watkins House will be beautifully decorated, and letters from the Watkins family will bring the 19th-century holiday spirit to life.

🎶 Enjoy festive music, warm wassail and cider, and a cozy stroll through the Visitor Center filled with holiday cheer.
🎁 Pick up a keepsake craft to take home and shop for unique items at the museum store.
🏡 Free guided tours of the Watkins Home are available by reservation only — space is limited, so be sure to reserve early! Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
✨ This is a free, family-friendly event hosted by Missouri State Parks and the Watkins Mill Association.
🕯️ Plan Your Visit
The event takes place at both the Visitor Center and the historic Watkins Home, which is located approximately 300 yards from the Visitor Center. Please plan to wear comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing.
All activities will take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather and bring your curiosity, camera, and family for a memorable afternoon of history and holiday cheer. If you need assistance navigating the grounds, please stop by the Visitor Center; our staff will be happy to help.
